DRAFT — not legal advice · for review

Terms of Use

These draft terms cover use of the-ai-drip.com, The Daily Drip newsletter, and related webinar communications operated by Gantzter Designs LLC. They are a working draft pending counsel review.

Status: DRAFT. Not a final contract. No warranties or liability caps beyond what applicable law already requires are asserted here until counsel signs off.

The service

The AI Drip publishes a traced AI news edition, related articles, and may invite you to webinars or product updates you opt into. Business teardown offers (under /business/) have their own pricing and intake copy on those pages.

Accounts and email

Subscribing requires a working email address and your consent. You agree not to subscribe addresses you do not control. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or APIs (including scrape-hostile load, attempts to bypass honeypots or rate limits, or injecting malware). Do not use the newsletter content to misrepresent our sourcing or ladder claims.

Content

Edition content links claims to sources and labels source proximity (“rungs”). It is journalism and analysis, not professional, legal, or investment advice. We may correct errors; report issues to hello@the-ai-drip.com.

Intellectual property

Site design, trademarks, and original writing are owned by Gantzter Designs LLC or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote briefly with attribution. Do not republish full editions without permission.

No invented guarantees

This draft does not invent uptime SLAs, earnings claims, or indemnity terms. Paid business work is governed by the order or statement of work presented before payment.
